Refund policy

If you choose to return your purchase, you are responsible for any shipping costs. Please make sure it is sent back in a safe and secured parcel with tracking as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Any returns unworn/unused, in their original condition/packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase is entitled to a refund.

Surfboard Warranty

We offer a manufacturer's warranty on all surfboards sold by Griffin Surfboards. The warranty covers material and workmanship defects and will only be offered to the original purchaser. 

This does not include wear and tear of your surfboard eg. snaps, creases, heat damage, broken fin boxes, dings and compressions.
