I KNOW WHAT MODEL I'M AFTER - WHAT NOW?
Once you've browsed through our models and have an idea on what you're after head to our ORDER A CUSTOM page and fill out the form. This will give us a basic idea of what you're after and help us fine tune your board dimensions so they're customised totally to you - allowing you to get the best out of your Griffin surfboard.

CAN I PICK THE DESIGN OF MY BOARD?
We can usually create any resin or spray design that you throw at us. We recommend having a look at our instagram page for a bit of inspiration. Although we can try depict your imagination, having a reference will help with accuracy

HOW LONG WILL MY CUSTOM TAKE TO PRODUCE?
The age old question shapers can never really answer. The production time for your board can vary due to factors like our order backlog, material delivery delays, and board complexity. We'll do our best to provide a production estimate when you place your order, but actual times may vary.

HOW MUCH WILL MY BOARD COST?
Like the production time, the cost of your board will range depending on model, size, design, etc. When you first enquire, we will give you an accurate quote of how much your board will be - when ordering, we require a $400 non refundable deposit and the remainder to be paid once it's ready.

DO YOU SHIP CUSTOMS?
We offer shipping within New Zealand (extra charges apply). Once your board is ready, we'll contact you to discuss pickup or shipping options.
